Our beach home in WindMark Beach isn’t your average rental. It’s a spacious and sun-filled 4-bedroom, 3-bath sanctuary designed to bring people together—and give them space when they need it, too. What makes this house unique isn’t just its open layout, coastal decor, or thoughtful details. It’s the way it can transform to fit your needs. Forgotten Coast Sanctuary can be rented in three different ways:

The Full 4-Bedroom Home – Ideal for large families, multi-generational trips, or friend groups.
Chuck’s Sandy Gulf Escape (3BR/2BA) – A private and spacious main house perfect for families or small groups.
Emma’s Coastal Escape (1BR/1BA) – A cozy and private suite with its own entrance, ideal for solo travelers, couples, or remote workers.

At the center of the home, a discreet door separates the two living spaces. When unlocked, you have one expansive retreat. When closed, you have two completely private, self-contained getaways—each with its own:

Yes, you read that right. This home comes with two kitchens, two washer/dryers, and two master bedrooms.

Emma’s Coastal Escape

🌅 Private. Peaceful. Perfect for a solo stay or romantic weekend. Inspired by my daughter Emma, this 1-bedroom retreat is tucked away on the side of the home with its own private entrance and a sunrise view that will stop you in your tracks. Sip coffee on the side patio each morning. Let the light pour in through the windows. Curl up with a book in the evenings on our comfy chair or take a peaceful stroll to the beach—just a few minutes away. It’s a favorite for:

🏡 Open, bright, and designed for connection. The 3-bedroom, 2-bath main house is where you’ll feel the full magic of the space. As soon as you walk through the front door, you’re greeted by a light-filled, open-concept living and kitchen area that feels more like a sacred space than a vacation rental. It’s crisp, clean, warm, and welcoming—with no clutter, just character. We wanted it to feel like you could breathe here. Like you could exhale and finally relax.

- Wine opener, charcuterie board, and yes—even a waffle maker

We don’t charge extra for luxuries like high-end sheets or a stocked kitchen. We do it because this is our home, and we believe you should feel at home here too.
